Overlooking the sparkling waters of Byron Bay’s Main Beach, the Beach Hotel has been a landmark venue in Australia for decades. The hotel changed ownership in 2019, and the following set of renders were produced as part of the marketing collateral to highlight the potential for revitalisation for the resort, laneway activation, and retail tenancies.
